We helped Kraft clean up their existing DAM system and built a much more user-friendly version.
When Kraft Heinz first approached us to help with their DAM ecosystem, their existing platform was difficult to navigate, overwhelming, and ineffective in locating assets. It caused so many headaches that no one wanted to use it, which caused even more headaches.
We rolled up our sleeves and got to work clearing away old assets, making UX enhancements, and performing comprehensive user training. Once the groundwork was laid, we guided our friends at Kraft Heinz in selecting and implementing a new DAM platform across their global organization. Our end goal was to get more people to use the system.
